It has been a while! I think it has been nearly a year right? For the public side anyway and that’s a long time so let me do my best to get you all caught up!
Sooooo we finally finished the Clearwater Property!
Over 4100 Square feet on a little over an acre! Perfect!
The build was a long one that lasted about 8 months which was ahead of schedule given the weather that we experienced in the fall.
It is a smart-home so there was a few weeks of lag while all of the electronics went in.
That being said, it’s gorgeous and WE LOVE IT!
Now that it’s finished we can turn toward other things.
So speaking of, Hayley is 16 has her own car and is driving back and forth to Varsity Danceline that she just got chosen for!
Hayden played his first year of tackle football last year and is busy playing soccer and baseball this spring. He finished off basketball and is currently pitching for the Rangers in little league... there literally is not one sport this kid doesn't like...he does them all!
As far as Angela & I go, we are staying busy as the non-stop world of Top-Ten Fortune 500 and being a teacher demands we stay.
The leaders of some of the OPEC nations have signaled that their reserves (that they have flooded the US market with) are dwindling as we knew they would and this has directly translated into a barrel uptick as demand begins to pick up for the summer months.
I was promoted yet again last year and Angela does her level best to keep me supported as I am flying off to different cities on a regular basis.
We are having the house dedicated soon by Pastor Jeff and the housewarming is on the 14th of May. Same day as I graduate to a new belt in MMA. THAT should be a stressful day lol Having to get ready to host so many people for the first time at the house as well as the physical exertion of testing into a new belt.
Meh, we’ll handle it and get through it just like we always do. One step at a time!
